(2) 8 oz Flat Iron Steaks
Fajita Seasoning
(2) bell peppers, thinly sliced
(1) yellow onion, thinly sliced
8 oz container, sliced fresh mushrooms
(8) Flour tortillas
Cooking Instructions
Coat Flat Iron steaks evenly with Fajita seasoning. Heat iron skillet with vegetable oil. Sear Flat Iron steaks between medium rare and medium and remove to plate. Add peppers, onions and mushrooms to skillet. Cook to desired tenderness. Add more Fajita seasoning as desired. Pour drippings from plate. Thinly slice Flat Iron steak. Add to skillet. Heat flour tortillas and serve.
