Hanger Steak
Ingredients

3-4 chopped garlic cloves
½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
1 TBS Fresh Chopped Parsley
(4) 8 oz Hanger Steaks
Salt and Pepper

Cooking Instructions

Blend first four ingredients and marinate steak in this mixture for up to two hours. Season steak with salt and pepper. Cook steak on medium high grill to desired internal temperature. We do not recommend cooking past medium.
