The Smoked Ribeyes were a great success.  We sold out Saturday morning and we will keep you posted on our next cooking weekend.

Congratulations to Eddie Logan for his winning bid on a Prime New York Strip.  His donation will benefit the Wiregrass Children's Home in a big way.  Thanks Eddie.

Fresh in today: Halibut, Sushi Grade Tuna, Salmon, Chilean Sea Bass, Grouper, Flounder Filets, and as always our wonderful Crab Cakes.  Also in today Cubed Gator Tail, Fresh St. Louis Style Ribs.  Boudin and Kansas City Hog Wings are back!

Specialty Sandwich for Thursday: You love it....we got it.   Big Daddy Brisket;  thick sliced smoked Brisket with melted pimento cheese, bacon, tomato, pickles on a Hoagie Bun.

Wine Tasting: Thursday September 23rd from 6-8pm hosted by Helen Mendheim with International Wines.  We will pair cheeses with the wines presented.   As always, no charge for this event.

Did you know that we make beef and chicken kabobs at no extra costs?  We also stuff pork chops.  Please ask us about these items on your next visit.
